Cloud6AI Vulnerability Remediation Playbook
Cloud6AI playbook for turning vulnerability findings into exposure-aware, owner-routed remediation work.
Overview
A long findings queue is not a remediation plan. Combine duplicate scanner results, add exposure and exploitation context, assign each priority to an owner, and verify that the underlying issue was fixed. Keep exceptions and recurring causes visible.
A practical remediation sequence
- 01Combine duplicate findings and identify the affected asset and its owner.
- 02Assess known exploitation, internet exposure, asset importance, and available mitigations.
- 03Route a prioritized action to the team that can make the change; record exceptions explicitly.
- 04Verify the fix and track recurring causes rather than closing a ticket on scan status alone.
